Yesterday evening, there was a feeding frenzy beneath one of my birdfeeders. Amidst the chaos was a baby (a very BIG baby) getting fed by what appears to be its Daddy. I have nearly a dozen shots of all this frantic baby-feeding, and I'm trying to figure out how to present some of it. So far, the best I've been able to come up with was this:
![]() I've never tried to put together a triptych, and no doubt this could have been done much better. I'm also not sure this is the best way to share these images. Anybody have any thoughts?

Hi,
I think you did a nice job of capturing the baby being fed. However, since the three images are so similar, I would concentrate on using the strongest single shot. In looking at the larger version on flickr, the center shot seems to be the sharpest but the one on the right seems to convey the best action. You may want to recrop and give the birds a little more room as you have in the middle one and also clone out the 'poop' on the rocks and the greenery behind the birds. Thanks for sharing your work with us.

Thanks for the input, y'all.
You're probably right, clockdoc -- and choosing from the other images to go around a central shot won't help me here either, since all ten or twelve of them very similar. I was about as close as I can ever get to them, and shot at 300mm to boot -- but the light was failing and they're not as crisp as one would hope for. Jiminy, I played around with other background colors, and there are a couple that work as well (or better) than the green (which I also pulled from the image). If I can come up with some better shots of them before that overgrown "baby" is feeding itself, I'll try this again. It didn't come out great this time around, but I sure learned a lot.
