Its a nice picture, i might not know much, IHO i feel, composition wise, you could have given a little more head space. The framing is too close to the top of the head and some how the whole balance of the picture seems little off.

If you think of your framing in camera as a home for your favorite person, pet, whatever, try placing them in a comfortable room with space to breathe and move around in a little.

Even though her arm positions are mirrored by reflection in water, the reflection is a strong distraction. Leg position also a bit unfortunate, still an interesting snap.

With practice, your random shots will get better, and more interesting. Spontaneity doesn't toss out good technique.
