Default A touch of green..

This was also taken at Petrie Island...I was shooting by the water,and as I was setting up the shot ,I saw this in the frame.I took the shot ,and liked what I saw.

I use a Nikon D50,Nikon 70-300VR1:4.5-5.6,Nikon 28-105mm1:3.5-4.5D, Nikon 24-50mm1:3.3-4.5D,Nikon 50mm1:1.8D,Nikon 24mm1:2.8D. Speedlight SB-50DX, SB-600.
I also use ,on occasion my NikonF100...

I can see why you liked this. Very nice dof and the front leaves are nice and sharp. I like the triangular lines formed by the branches and how the green contrasts with the soft gray background. Well done, IMHO.

Oooo Luc I like this, i like the way the branches in the DOF seem to enhance the once in focus, they kinda set each other off, lovely colours, really nice DOF, a good shot IMO

i like this shot because those leaves have amazing detail in them.
As for a critique, I think the only thing that deters from this picture is the rather plain background

As above, and I would look at Portrait orientation as well, removing fiddly bits on right, and empty space on left (with the half-leaves clump at top), featuring branches more exclusively.
