Hi Rex, interesting b&w shot. I agree with Jim about the horizon and the little stick/weed on the left. It's just big and prominent enough to detract from the small tree. I wonder how this would look if you shot it from a lower angle so there is more tree against the very beautiful sky.

thanks for the comments guys I will straighten the horizen but I dunno what I can do about that blade of grass. This was taken in the florida everglades and I was on a elevated boardwalk over marshlands so there was no way I could get lower unless I felt like jumping off the walkway into marsh which is probabbly not the best of ideas. Anyways I will play with it some more and see if I can clone out the blade of grass without making it look too photoshopped.
