Default Blue Water

Blue Water

Not too sure if this picture needs another crop. Any suggestions?

Try cropping the right side just enough until the sign appears at a crossing point for the rule of thirds.

You might also want to crank up the saturation just a smidge.

Yes, the "rule of thirds" concept could work here (ask if you have no idea what we are talking about!). If you are doing that, I would also suggest setting the horizon on the lower of the two horizontal thirds lines and making sure it is flat.

Default Version Two

|Image under construction|

This is basically a resized version. The left side brought in just a tad while more sky was added to get the horizon even further down into the lower third. The sign is now at the right side third mark.

I am not sure if I want to saturate the blue water anymore.

Thanks for the comments.

since the sky is so bland i would crop it vs the water. i would NOT saturate the image anymore. i dont know if the water was that blue to begin with, but anymore would make it look unrealistic IMO.
