Great colors and sharpness. There are a lot of light colored specks, though, that are kind of distracting. Especially in the upper right. I'm not sure what caused them, but a few seconds with the healing brush would take care of them.

I think those specks are reflections off the water. The sunlight was filtering through the leaves from an overhead tree.

Nice colours on the duck (Mandarin Duck I believe), its a shame that the background is quite close to some of the browns on the bird as a darker shade or different colour may have shown up the colours even more. Not your fault though, I like it.

Very nice. Duck is pretty sharp, background is nicely blurred.

It's a nice shot, but when viewed up close, the ducks head and most importantly the eye, isn't in focus. This could have been because of incorrect focussing or maybe the duck moved when you took the shot.
Getting the head and eye in focus is most important as it's the focus point for most people on any image of people/animals.

you could fix this by lassooing the areas that need sharpening and sharpen them without over sharpning the whole of the pic, I have done this on portraits where it was nice n sharp cept for the eye. It works well.

I like this piccy tho.
