It has a nice, kind of dreamy feel to it. I think that the kind of soft focus works because the cat is so fluffy... If that makes sense

Hi,
I like the composition. Tonal quality overall, is a little flat (the image lacks any true black or white) and I'd like to see a little more detail in the cat's face. I wasn't able to find any EXIF data on this image. Did you use auto focus? Many auto focus cameras have a hard time with soft, furry creatures. Thanks for sharing your work with us.
