gorgeous shot.

a few not-too important suggestions would be:

1. move the land the fountain is on up or down in the image (probably up, to save the reflections on the water.)
2. play with your color curves to get a slightly bolder color perhaps - maybe shift things a bit purple, red or gold to exxagerate the 'night feel.'

I would crop a smidgen off the bottom to move the horizon off the centre, but I like the colour - the 'almost' monotone gives it a dreamy feel.
