Default Nice

I prefer the first image in that it looks more dynamic. The exposure is good on both. Also, good time of day (light wise) to capture this image.

Nice perspective, it gives a sense of size. With the lights on the ferris wheel it would be a nice nighttime shot.

If forced to choose, I would go for the second. I think the inclusion of the legs adds to the sense of scale and make a good contrast the thinner but more numerous support spokes of the wheel.

I like the first shot better, I think. You see more detail on the ferris wheel cars and see that they're empty (though that's apparent in the other shot, too). I might try to add some contrast to the shot, as it was taken on an overcast day. it's just a little flat.

Very nice shots.

I'll vote with the majority on this as well. This first one is very well done. Love the perspective, and the color is spot-on. Well done!

It's a simple case of "less is more". The first photo tells more of a story than the second wich is more "technical" in the engineering sense.

I like the 2nd one a bit more because the spokes are more spaced out letting the background seep in between lines

Consequently, taking this same shot a bit later with the sky a tad bit darker could make it more appealing (but not quite a generic night shot)

Default I favor the second one, a little bit

I like how the support legs draw your eyes to the center. The only thing I'd rather is if the forward section was cropped instead of the back section (or even better neither).
