Default Morning on the lake

Took these at my folks winter house. I was checking the lake to see if it was too foggy to take the boat out. Hand held these with my old S2 IS.

Beautiful colors in thart second shot. As Jiminy said, serene. Aesthetically very peaceful.

Liked the first shot a lot, its not a big issue but the white lights on the horizon in the central area of the first image kept catching my eye. But it might just be me. Great shots though.

John.

John.

I have PS CS2, but I really try to use it as little as possible. Only PS'ing I did on these two were crop, and resize.

Kinda strange how it seems my best shots are the ones that just happen to be there, instead of the ones I'm seeking.
