Nice picture not much detail in his cloths from what I can see. I think if you cropped out part of the ramp at the bottom it would look even better. Looks like he is higher up than he really is. Is it just me or is he flipping the bird?

Cool! The sky is so dramatic and really adds to the mood of the shot. You captured the action very nicely.
2 thoughts: -Looking at the lines (the grass line and the skateboard track line), you might perhaps try rotating the shot to see if you can get at least one horizontal with the grass line. I'm not sure, but for some reason my eyes see the grass line as "crooked." However, I could be totally off here. -Keeping in mind the preservation of that great sky, can you bring in the subject a little more? There's a big emphasis on the background and not so much on the subject. Maybe you could crop out some of the top sky (not quite as dramatic) and the bottom part of the track? But perhaps the subject just seems small to me because the photo itself is small. Keep in mind that I'm an amateur in critiquing! Thanks for sharing this photo. Nice job!

Wow! The second photo is even better! It's almost as if the sky is framing the skater. Is that photoshopped? Either way, very cool. In fact, if it IS photoshopped, then that is a really neat idea! I think the lines are better in the second shot and the subject seems to be more the "main" subject, with less emphasis on the background (effectively letting the background be simply an enhancer, but not a detractor). Also, I think the track has a more effective angle..it seems to make the viewer feel like they are right there with the skaters. Finally, I like the 'pose' of the skater in the second shot better (not sure how to explain why) and I think his red hat stands out in an effective way.
Awesome!

Great angles and composition. I like PP effect, especially on the second shot. On #1 and #3 there is some kind of halo around the skaters giving the impression that they don't belong into the surrounding, like they are glued on the picture. Other than that, I am really impressed with the shots. The framing around the skater #2 is superb.
