Hi post2cd

The shot looks pretty good, the one thing that bothers me is the dark area in the lower right corner. So, that should be an easy thing to fix since it would just require moving a bit. You don't have to have the center of the flower in the center of the shot, so you could even try different angles.

Other than that, it's in good focus, it's got good colours, the brightness and sharpness seem good.

Out of curiosity, what sort of camera are you using?

post2cd,

Have you tried to edit out the dark spot (not a flaw, just distracts from beauty of flower) Nicole pointed out?

I like the crop much better. You no longer have the distraction in the corner, and all the focus is where it should be. I still love the colours and sharpness of the shot.

post2cd,

That's better because it is all flower. Have you ever done the cloning process, where you keep all the goodness of the original shot, and just cover the dark spot with more of that petal, lower right? That way more of the flower shows. Either way, it's a rich colorful shot.
