Default Tiny Kisses

Another photo of mine. I really liked the way the lighting turned out. Not much editing on this either. Please tell me what you think. Thanks.

And Congratulations! on having the longest name (maybe) here. I think you took a fine photo. There is whiteout; doesn't bother me. The arm of doll is a little distracting; doesn't bother me. It's a sweet moment.

very sweet moment!! only thing I would say is that there seems to be pixelation on the top edge of the dolls head, maybe because of the lighting? what program are you using to edit?

Thank you for the welcome and the congrats! Okay, seeing how I am extremely new to photography can you explain whiteout???

Yeah, I did notice some of the pixelation, even on my daughter's face some. I'm actually just using the Kodak Easyshare editing software. I have messed around with Photoshop and PSP but feel so overwhelmed sometimes when using it.

D_O_M_A_W,

Whiteout is a highlight with no information left in it, pure white, no edit can rescue. It's a good thing to avoid if possible. You can fill it sometimes in post.
