Looks like the pelican version of the "Stomp." Is this a crop? All of those wings would be a grand display. Pretty good shadow definition.

Good photos but would have liked to have seen the full wing span, love the splashing from the pelican, shows good action, such a cute fella. IMO

Even from the back, yes it is. You could get a good series with this guy, closeups, in flight, etc.

I did get a series with him. he turned out to be pretty friendly when he was eating and not flying into and out of the sun like he normally does when I see him.
