Personally i don't think i can give any bad points here she is beautiful look at her eyes...
i love the DOF.. its spot on IMHO

wow this is great... the focus is perfect...
I love the depth of field (DOF)...wonderful... The only part about the background that bothers me is the really light spot near her head. Being so light, my eyes are drawn to it... maybe you could try burning it a little so it isn't so bright? Even with the light spot it is an excellent portrait.
