I grew up in Utica so I know this mural well. Downtown on Genesee St. Brings back memories of home...........

I like the angle you used for this shot with the sun to the right and not straight in the middle. Might be just me, but I would crop out the fence in the front.

jordanm,

Great color. Offcenter is good, although the white bit in upper right corner could be removed (looks like photo is cut off).

The fence gives me a sense of scale, but you could lose the bottom third and it would still work, without the distracting lower rail.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. The white bit you see in the upper-right is actually because the building isn't straight, haha. Bad cropping/composition on my part.

I intended to crop it out in Photoshop but I thought that I might have to cut too much away from the mural. :[

Clone it; no worries about cropping and it would be just as good.
