Smile Let me know what you think...

I came across this dead...tree? bush? while hiking and had to take a picture. As this is a new hobby for me, I'd love to find out what you think of this picture.

That deserved a photograph, to at least preserve the memory. It is like pebbles on a beach, though: without a definite point of interest, and every thing like the one beside it, we move on to the next photo in line. I have these, and they are interesting because they are things I want to remember. A different kind of lighting (even flash in late evening) might give it zing, or a creature in it, something.

That white corner (bottom right) looks like damage. Cropping will help. Good background blur, fairly sharp focus. Practice is key; shoot on.
