I'm working on a series of kids shots for some new promotional material. This is one of the pieces I'm playing with. I would love to hear yall's thoughts on this one. Thanks for your words in advance!

Very nice. Colors stand out, sharp and nicely composed. Looks good to me!

fulcostudios,

Between the wonderful colors and Spock salute (((geek alarm))), the extra open (bald) spot in hair held my attention, along with tiny gaps on left and right where dirt shows through fence. Not enough to take away from charm, but things I would fix if this is for public viewing.

Thanks for all the tips and support.

jiminy: Excellent points. I'm definetly going to do a recrop. The hair, well not much I think I'll do there. Almost every model of this age that I get, seems to either have very thin hair, or a bald spot.

And again thanks everyone for your pointers and Live long and prosper!

Here's my reposted version with jiminiy's suggested crop. I definitely see the difference, and I like it. Thanks for the tips!

fulcostudios,

Forgive the oversight; if I had thought to add ". . . by cloning in more fence," it would have saved you the unfortunate loss of important parts of the original. The tip of the hood on left, and gap between fingers and edge on right, need to remain. Sorry for the incomplete thought.
