Hey Archie. Welcome. I like the subject and composition, but it's really blurry. I don't know what kind of camera you're using or what your settings are since there's no EXIF data, so my suggestions are generic.

You'll want to increase your shutter speed, but I'm guessing that by doing so, you'll get a darker picture. So to compensate for that, you'll either have to increase your ISO (but you'll get more noise/grain) or your aperture (but you'll have less DOF to work with). Those are just generic suggestions, but they should allow you to increase your shutter speed as to not have blur.

Smc1377 gives some good suggestions. I might also consider cropping out the peopleon the side, but that might just be me.

Hmmm... it might be just me but I thought that archie.fresco was going for a sence of motion, thats why its blurred. With this in mind, I think its a great shot, although you could have focused the horse more, for a stronger feel.

Thanks guys for your replies.
What I did is panning. I wanted to show movement and focus on the child's face. my camera settings are 1/13 F2.8 ISO 100.

Default Dream

I rather enjoy the dreamlike quality of the image - a little bit trippy. But I do agree that there could have been a little bit more focus around the central area.
