The Mighty2006,

"My Perfection" is the photo title, or the subject's description? How would one go about separating the two for a critique? Only thought I'm comfortable expressing is that the hair detail appears to be lost.

I think the shot has the posing of a classic portrait - perhaps it could do with a little less empty space above the models head but otherwise her position is just right.

Looking closer, she looks very natural. I wonder if a better title would be something like "Perfection Without Airbrushing"? I am sure that, with a bit of post-processing work, she could look as glamourous as any film star but I presume that is not your intention for the image?

One thing that might improve things a little would be softening the lighting (avoiding the sharp highlight on her nose!) and perhaps using a reflector to bounce more light on the other side of her face. Some of that probably could be fixed in post-processing, either with or without turning it into more of a glamour shot.
