it's been raining, then snowing, then raining, then snowing the last week around chicago which caused some interesting conditions. thursday evening after work it was extremely foggy. i thought of a couple of cool places to check out and try taking some pictures. unfortunately, after only a couple of shots my batteries died! and of course this happens the day i only bring my camera and not my bag so i go back to my apartment swap batteries and am back out in 15 minutes. when i got back the fog had completely lifted! i was disappointed so instead i took a bunch of pictures of a puddle. wish i had known there was no dry land around it before stepping in shin deep water in my new shoes. ah well. anywhere, here are a couple i put online today. any comments are always welcome.
