Sunday Traffic

I went for a walk in downtown Philly recently while attending a conference. Came upon this scene. Only thing you can't see is the traffic whizzing past this guy on both sides.

A picture within a picture! Cutting the traffic out contributes to the peacefulness of the scene. Nice shot.

Very nicely spotted. I'm curious, have you tried it in b&W? I often find shots like this work well in b&w - it would eliminate the green traffic light and draw our focus even more towards the artist. Just a thought.

I think the shot has great potential. I'm not sure how large of a resolution you took this picture. "I" would focus/crop in on the painter sitting in the middle of the road painting. I think the massiveness of the cathedral takes away from the really cool part of the shot.
