Hi,
This is my first test with HDR, using the Photomatrix software to generate the HDR. I think the colors and the depth of the light came out pretty good, but I would like to find a view that better shows off the HDR technology. Let me know of any tips on what type of views that works best. Thanks for your tips and comments on my first try.

HDR or High Dynamic Range photography is essentially when one takes multiple exposures of the same scene and then merge them together using software. so that the can correctly expose over a greater dynamic range.
Eg. Taking sunset shot you will need a shorter exposure to avoid blowing out the sky but that will result in loss of detail on the land, if you take another picture properly exposing the land, both pictures can be merged with software allowing the entire image to be properly exposed. |
