Hi happilyinvisible:
As your main subject are the power lines IMHO I will remove the bush in the bottom left as it distracts a little bit. Also I will try to remove the second thin pole at the left too. You can play also in camera raw to bring some blacks to make the power lines more strong. You can try also to increase some saturation to the sky or removing it. Experiment on that thing. For the composition of the photo I liked it. Nice job.

Too busy. Try cropping just to the left of the big tower and up a bit so nothing but sky is showing. Then it might be fun to play, subtly, with the sky color.
