Hey there,

This was taken in the same area as my last post (Balance).
At the time I thought of how busy this area of the River Liffey in Dublin once was, and now the hooks are mere ornaments on a rivers mantlepiece.

All comments good or not so good are always welcome.

The only thing I would have changed was the angle it was taken in. I would have stood so that the only thing in the shot was the pier/dock on the left side and no buildings on the right, only water. What a nice shot though, shows how life really does slow down doesnt it?

Hi Colm Noonan:
IMHO the photo will be stronger with more contrast as the midtones are too high in all parts of the photo. I will use also if you have the color version try another black and white conversion as this is too dull for me.
Good luck!
