I like the effect you went for but its just a bit overdone for my tastes. I'm not too sure about the blue tone; kind of like it, kind of don't. Maybe a little less blue tone. I also would have liked to see the subjects placed in the lower part of the photo, if only to see a different perspective. I like that they are leaving the top frame. The effect really adds to the photo as a whole. A great shot overall.

It is a good shot
but....
I'm not sure what the blur adds to the photo.
What was your thought on this?

I think the eye will be drawn to the center regardless of any blurring or vignetting. I'd love to see the photo without the blur.

I agree that the Tungsten filter effect works works well in this picture.

i agree, the blur kind of takes away from the photo rather than enhance it. i like the subject you picked, though, and the point of view.

Thanks. Yeah it might be overdone, I discovered the technique on this photo so I might have went a little far with it =)

I just happened to discover this technique while editing this photo. Also I like the dreamy sort of look that it gave. Yeah I liked how the blue added to the dreamy effect.

I too would have liked them in the lower part of the frame. Showing them walking off to something. What a really nice shot though. I like it alot!

Yeah ideally I would of liked that as well =) unfortunately if I moved the frame up any more I would of gotten a bunch of parked cars and if I tried to change my position I would of missed the shot altogether.
