Default Waterfall Troll in B+W

I converted a different picture to my previous post to B+W, bumped up the contrast, and I really like it. What do you think? Effective as an abstract-sort-of-shot? Too much contrast? Better in colour or just different?

I would suggest posting the ones shot and linking the other version for members to compare. Posting so many shots all related really pushes the other members threads back and us mods have a hard time getting to them all.

sorry about that- I wasn't sure. It was only one shot- I'm not sure I'd call that "so many"!

Yes, milky. I enjoy the shot mostly in the upper portion where the water is coming off the rocks as that is where the moving action is most prominant.

good work!

I love the B&W in this, very nice contrast. The photo comp itself provides the feeling of being right in the stream.

Great PHOTO!

the_camera_poser,

[sorry about that- I wasn't sure. It was only one shot- I'm not sure I'd call that "so many"!]

You are now on Page 5, because there are 2000+ active members here who also don't think a few extra photos will matter. It's a forum, a community; you need to consider the helpful way to participate, look at the other photos for a day, comment, put your revised copy in the original post.
