Hey cur3n4, welcome to the forums. I'm not really an expert, but I do like your photo. It's colorful and has an interesting foreground. I'm a little less impressed by the upper half of the photo though. I guess I'd have liked to have seen a little bit more light falling on the rock in the background. That said I still like it.

I like the colours and the texture of the rocks in the forground, also love the smoothness of the water flowing and the orange of the sky in the background.

cur3n4, Welcome

A pleasure to look at, especially the feeling of sunlight. Water is well done, enough blur to be interesting. It might be unfair to replace that background boulder, until it has a chance to grow on me. But it does stick out. Very noticeable in thumbnail. Good work.

WoW for a first post thats a fantastic effort... I love the smoothness of the water, and the vibrance of the colour. Perfect shutter speed. Did you do any PP work to this at all?

Well in that case, im even more impressed. I was afraid the great colouring might have been produced in photoshop. But wow, fantastic effort

Maybe the background boulder could have been a little more to the left or right; nitpicking really, that's a fantastic shot.
