I like this one better than the other one. The other one looks (to me) a smidge out of focus. This one seems to be bang on. A devilishly cute subject doesn't hurt either.

Liz Caldwell,
He does blend into the background. Have to assume you wanted that to happen. Reasons? In person, does he have a neck? The detail on right side of face is still there, that's a very good feature.

I'm just very glad the picture in this thread isn't what I was afraid it might be (and yet found strangely intriguing) when I saw the subject "Number 2".
Very nice pic. A little rim lighting on the left side of him would really make it pop.

 Jiminy: He might need pictures for an upcoming album, so I wanted to draw attention to his face... Also, getting him to look up at the camera was nearly impossible. ...and yes, he does have a neck, though we were thinking of donating it to charity. Jer: Cutting back on those shots since the last law suit.
