I don't think the red lights in the background or the overall width add much to the picture. I do like the way you have caught the quizzical expression on the DJ's face though and would be tempted to crop to a portrait format to get closer to that, just leaving enough of the background to hint at records on the shelves.

It might have been even better taking the picture that way up in the first place - you could then have got in a little more of the top of his head and perhaps his decks as well.

I think this is a more interesting facial expression than the second one you posted; I would still like to see this cropped down.
