This is a shot from a collection taken during a recent day trip to Sandspit and Kawau Island, about an hour north of Auckland.
![]() I have cropped and edited the shot in PS and would like some feedback as to any improvements that could be made. There are more shots in the collection on Flickr and can be viewed here; http://flickr.com/photos/kwozzie_nz/...7603749844080/ Feel free to edit and re-post on DPS.

Ewie,
The lines and the perspective on the dock are quite nice as are your blues. As for clothing colors, I not a big blue fan; however, your photo makes me love blue. Seems a bit underexposed on the left. Please include your settings. Thanks. Nice take.

![]() I tweaked this one a bit more and added some vignetting in Lightroom. Appreciate the positive feeback.

I had the same thought as Peeper, though it came in two flavours.
The dock was a bit centred -- it seemed to me that you could crop sky, like Peeper suggested, or you could crop dock, and end up with more sky (and the most interesting bits of sky are probably at the top). You have gone for a very saturated and contrasty look (almost Lomo) -- for me, I am not sure this always works for landscapes (but I waver). EL
