G!!!! Do not be alarmed but you have a very large caterpillar of some sort on your forehead!

I gotta say you've really gotten this SP thing down. I like the gradient created with the lighting. I also think the flash up front could have been a bit more to your right letting a bit of light cast on your right side of the face but a great effect as is.
