Default Just a Drop!

I have to admit that I got this idea from another post on DPS. Anyhow here is my rendition.

Very nice
I like these kind of shoots from a side-ish view point, you know where you can see the drop fall into the water and the impact of that, but thats just me
I like the colours, nice and bright.

brluxe -- Welcome to DPS. What a first shot to post! Many of us here have had a go at the water droplet shots with varying degrees of success. I will vouch for the technical difficulty of getting the droplet in good focus, and you went the next step with the rings of color surrounding the drop. Nice job.

Are the colored rings part of the bowl or a reflection of something outside the bowl? Looks like we're seeing them through the water so I'm guessing it's part of the bowl.

What were your camera settings (i.e. EXIF data). Many people like to post the pertinent stuff like aperture, ISO, and shutter speed with their pic because folks often wonder when they are looking. Thanks for sharing, I hope to see more in the future.
