Fun pic for sure,
would be even more interesting if you could capture that train through the whole photo, and omit the two officers standing on the right hand side. could you have composed that shot with more of the Clock tower and less sky? It is a very busy photo, train, clock tower. Try and remember to look at leveling your photo with the horizon, or in this case your subject - train, tower, or street. Nicely done.

This might be a silly question, but, what are those blue light circles ontop of the darker buliding in the left hand side of the picture?

Here's a link to explain more about posting from Flickr, so we can see your photo, instead of going away and coming back: Posting Pictures from Photo Sharing Sites (A visual guide) If you use the edge of your viewfinder to line up vertical elements in a photo, you'll have a more professional look. From an angle like this, your horizontals aren't going to be level. Cutting off your people is not as good as backing up just a little and getting them in. Color is the best part here, subject is small.
