Cool street shot. Really conceptual. I don't know what to think of it...i love it. it looks very professional - I could actually mistake this for a meyerowitz shot right now.

I find the windows? at the top distracting so I'd crop it down to focus on your subjects (thinking Rule of Thirds). And because of the Western bias towards reading from left to right I'd flip it. So...

Hi Vernon. With the increased volume of posters asking for critiques on their shots, we just don't have the time to click on links to pursue 'backstories.' Please add any additional info along with the photo as well as EXIF data which is always appreciated. Technically it is sharp with some good contrast but I just don't see the story you are trying to tell.

Oh, sorry. Here's the back story on the event:

Sinulog is a holiday in the Philippines, specifically the province of Cebu, celebrating the peoples' pagan past and their acceptance of Christianity. There's been a recent revival of it among Filipino communities in America throughout the past decade.

And here's the EXIF data:

Camera: Canon EOS Digital Rebel XT
Exposure: 0.02 sec (1/50)
Aperture: f/8
Focal Length: 22 mm
ISO Speed: 200

It's tradition during the festival for several different teams to perform a choreographed dance about the baptism of their queen. These ladies were walking toward the entrance just before their dance.

I know I'm only supposed to add one photo per topic, but this will probably help with the context:
