Hello. I'd like to post more than just one picture for critique if that's ok. Would you critique the shots you want from this account?
http://www.flickr.com/photos/josealb I'm doing this because there's no special shot i'd like to get feedback from. By the way I just started taking photography seriously about 3 months ago so don't expect much lol. Anyways feel free to critique any shot you want. ![]()

I think you need to pick one. We as critiquers are taking time to open your thread and give suggestions and as this takes time for each person and with the growing number of posts here it gets time consuming. Going through your flickr is not that time consuming alone but if you think about having to go through every posters photos and pick one to critique...that wold take a bit of time.
We are more than happy to help out so since you have no preference I am going to post one of the shots and that can get you started. Welcome to the forums! This is a great scene to shoot and there are different trains of thought in composing. In a shot where you have a road or railroad tracks or any kind of lines closing in on themselves it leads to a pretty much straight on shot. even if the lines curve it still works on a diagonal. this one just needs the horizon leveled. I tend to go real low if I go off to one side or the other but usually i like totally symmetrical shots when the lines converge. I think its more of a preference and the symmetrical is more on the modern side of photography once done. I'd also crop a bit off the top of the photo where the leaves are hanging in the frame.

I see you have edited my post. It's ok I understand that it costs some time to go through the account and select a picture to critique. Thanks for your advices on the trees picture I actually took it quite fast and with the phone so the framing is surely not that good.
Thanks for the other critiques too. The red flower is from a friend but i'll probably post it for critique too.
