Hi TomTomTuning:
IMHO I think the car losses itself in the whole background. A tight crop can help maybe. Also the color of the background does not help a lot because the car is most of it composed for a neutral gray and does not pop out in that dark background. But that's my opinion. About the angle you use for the car, it works pretty well. Good luck!

TomTomTuning,
You have captured an interesting charactor of the Old Post Office warehouse. My own personal preference would have been to try shooting this building without the car...no offense about the car (it got you there if it's yours) but I do not think it belongs in this photograph. Whether or not the photo would have held its own without the car remains to be seen; just, look at that door! You have nice color tones on that building. Perhaps, you could have procured and hauled an old, mothballed mail truck sitting on its axles; but we all know that would have been cost-prohibitive. Summed: Like the building capture; but not the car.

In the first shot tom to make the car stand out you'd need to bring it up in the frame. Keeping the camera in the same spot move the care physically close and depending on what lens you got maybe go a bit wider. You would still keep the interesting detail in the background but would not be so equal but a lesser focal point.
I really like the second shot and the slight tilt works. It shows movement but the car is for the most part frozen. A bit better timing panning and it would be spot on. A huge part of car photography and most any other type is the lighting but especially in cars. the lighting is what will make the car "POP"! The first one is not all lost but a bit of blur or something around the car leaving the car sharp would help a bit.
