Default Ghost Ship?

Been doing some night photos lately since it gets dark so early around here right now. After a fresh snow storm and cold temps I was left all by my self on Derby Wharf in Salem Ma, This is the Friendship, a replica of a 17th century trading ship. I used a Cokin +2 Blue filter and tripod. What do you think?

Cool... my eye is drawn to the light on the middle mast (I don't know if I like that, but thought that I'd comment on it).. I like how the sky is lighter than the ship - that's different! You don't see that too often.

Oh, and I like the composition too

Yeah because of the storm we had the ski was overcast and the city lights where reflecting off the clouds, without the filter on the lens the picture was very orange.

I like the idea of this shot, but too many things distract me from the 'subject'. My brain keeps wanting to figure out what is going on in the background where all the light is.

I like the sky a lot. I like the dark ship. I really like the rigging, but I keep being distracted to the unimportant stuff in the back.
