Found this tiny frog sitting on a lily pad, not too happy with the water drops on the leaf to the right, not sure whether to crop it tighter or try and clone them out, should i leave them in?.any thoughts would be appreciated..

IMO, the water drops don't take the focus away from the frog. So it would be okay to leave them as is. Did you use a flash here? The eye of frog could have looked better with a bit of illumination.

Thanks aakash, no i didnt use a flash, it's not a nice thing to do with frogs as they dont have eyelids, it blinds them.

Ahh.....I did not know that.....!! But then it makes me wonder how to get the eye to sparkle like seen in many macro shots?

I'm personaly not fond of the water droplets, to me it does take away a bit from the frog but not so much where I think it would be a huge problem for you. I wouldnt crop it tho as I think you have about the right amount of leaf as it is. If you can, clone it well enough to not tell than by all means have a go at it.
I love the green, its not easy being green you know!

Just a not on frog eyelids. They do have eyelids of sorts...the eyelid is just very little and to close their eyes they pull their eyeballs in some and it draws the thin lids together......

I think the frog looks great! A bit of sharpening and a dash of light to the eyes and it would look great!
Is this a pet or in the wild?

Thanks everyone for the feedback, i'll have a go at cloning out the water drops a bit later today ( i'm not too good at it though ) i'll re-post it when i'm done, if i don't like it, i'll keave it as is.
pinball, it's a frog in the will, thanks for clarifying the eyelid issue.
