Default Are you shooting me?

A lucky shot taken at waist level without viewfinder. Some say that the handlebar is a bit distracting, while others feel that it adds to the photo.

Comments? Thanks.

Kane,

Unusual colors, good composition, high interest storyline, charming subject.

White balance could be shifted (is this fluorescent?). Child's face could be lightened.
Could stand as is, too. Good shot

By handlebar, do you mean the red support on the left hand side of the image? Personally, I am not keen on it. As an element in the foreground it is fine and balances the red of the baby's buggy well. However, it interacts poorly with the background - for example, cutting off the front of the seated man's face.

I agree that the red handlebar cuts off the seated man's face.

But I always wondered how the photo would be like if I had shifted the camera to my right?

A small shift or rotation might have been enough to get the background elements in better positions.

Also, a wider aperture might have helped, throwing the background more out of focus.

If you see an interesting scene it is worth trying several variations. Often you find that one is much better than the others and it is not always the first shot.
