I think it looks better when viewed at full size on your Picasa account, where it is clear that you have got the details of the flower reasonably crisp. However, it seems rather randomly positioned in the frame. I think it would probably be better with more space above and less space below and it might also benefit from cropping off the left and right sides a bit.
As an exercise, take some similar subjects but from further away so that you have far too much space on all sides. Back on your computer you will then have lots of scope for experimenting with different crops.
