Default Timing & Luck Is Everything

I attended a Photography workshop last year and the instructor told us that a lot of those great photos we see are either staged or are sheer luck and timing. Not to say this one is great, but I am definitely planning to enter it in some contests. I'm showing the before and after cropping. As I was taking the shot of the water trickling over the rocks I realized that this particular leaf had made the form of woman. Let me know if you see it...the brown hair, black dress, even the outline of her breast. "Her" arm is outstretched with the "pinky finger" extended.

Sorry, I do not see the outline of her breasts, nor do I see arm outstretched with the pinky finger extended.

I stared at the larger size on flickr of this until I did see something. Is it power of suggestion what I see? Or do I really see a woman there? I'll tell you, I indeed not only see a woman, but I see 2 women, and I think they are different to what you are seeing.

May I edit the pic tomorrow if I remember and post what I see? Because one woman is very clear to me.

And it isn't 2 women together I see. I see one woman, then looking at it differently, I can see another variation of a woman being there.

Indeed I can.

Hi pegasus:
I'm trying to see it but I can't. I hope to see it because if it's true it will be amazing as an abstract.
Thanks for sharing it!

I can see your woman, however it took me awhile and I wouldn't have seen her at all if you hadn't even a detailed description of her.
But when you do find her it looks really cool.

I'm crushed, lol! Everyone I've shown it to has seen the girl that I speak of, but maybe that's because I'm able to point her out to them. The way I see it, her face is turned into the water. Does this help? Yes, you may edit and post, now I'm curious how many things we can pull out of this shot, LOL!

~About the contest submissions:

How big is this image full size?
On Flickr it says the largest is 1024x768.
I ask because since you took only a very small portion of a normally large photo, printing this and preparing it for a contest might be a bit interesting. Your focus is not going to be as sharp as one would hope and your chances of ending up with a noisy print are greatly increased.
It's fine for web-viewing, but I would take some precautions if you plan to print this, especially anything larger then say a normal 4x6 or 5x7.

She has a very slinky black dress - but her arm! So thin and discoloured - has she been ill? She looks like she's trying to swim up the waterfall with her arm flung back ready for the next stroke.
I love the water in this shot.
