I like the composition of the photo. Details of the subject are great same as the color. I just will blur a little bit the man behind him to bring a little bit more attention to you main subject. Great photo again and thanks for sharing it!

Much better! My first thought was that line across the shot. I can't figure out what it is but it's a transition line that I can't aviod. It's not a sting because the upper part of the pic at the line is different from underneath.

Its a glass partition, the top part had glass but the bottom was open so that you could smell the sweets cooking and thus want to buy more.

I knew something was up there. I played with it a little myself. You've addressed the edge of the glass nicely. I went with the other problem and copied the layer then erased the bottom half. After adjusting levels in CS3 to darken the upper portion just a tad I was able to match the two halves fairly well.
I must say this is a swEEt shot. Just had a couple of obstacles

It looks nice... I would, however, suggest that next time you bring a circular polarizer with you to minimize the reflections in the glass
