did you add the blue filter? or is the blue light natural?

Yeah like this. distracting over exposure under his arm, (presume this is something he is holding) but very nice use of filters, post pro i presume.

No filters used, I was on a tungsten WB

Make more mistakes (tungsten) if this is what happens. Very effective, evocative, just enough light to make it moody and understandable.
