I used a tripod and a Cokin +1 Blue (80c) Filter. 15 sec exposure with the camera set on shutter priority.

I like your photograph. Here is why: You chose a good firing position, you chose and captured as many facets as possible of this fairly decent looking building, your blur-work is quite striking and it displays ingress and egress activity to the site, focus is good by my eye. It has a wonderful balance for me. Thank you very much for sharing it and I look forward to seeing future posts.

If there's anything that can be done about the bright patched below the signeage... Otherwise they're not really too bright and I'm looking forward at my chance at one of these.
