No Exif data to help on this one. It looks like an awesome opportunity - planned or unplanned. I've done some sharpening to help with defining what all's going on. It's hard to tell with lack of Exif to tell if there's just motion blur or of you're going for a soft look.

This could do with a steadier camera. After doing some sharpening it looks as if the focus may be a tad on the near side but the DOF looks to be spot on.

It's low light but very good light. I wish I could see her hands and the darkness above her is out of place. Some cropping at the the top will help the fact that she's looking 'into the light'.

Hi dlmfoto,

My immediate feeling upon viewing your photo was appreciation for your choice to use black and white. Here, for me, B&W eccentuates this childs emotion. There is a bit of mystery here because we really do not know what is in her line of sight. I enjoy the way the light works in this shot.

this shot was shot in low light 800 iso 70-200mm f/4 though a crowd an right in frount of a new years eve concert just i little bit of info on this shot
