Default Sunset

just a sunset i caught...

Not really a sunset. It's low in the sky buts got a wayz to go before setting. This is why the sun is taking up my eye's attention. It's nothing to look at but a big white blob. But I can't stop looking at it and there are all of these other interesting things to look at. Being patient and waiting for a lower sun and a chance to add more color to your shot is always worth it.

BTW there are filters for taking pictures directly at the sun. Did you use one?

I like it.
I think if you could take the powerline that runs over the sun out... that it would be a better picture.

this picture is like a year old so at the time I didnt know about filters. And yes your correct, this isn't exactly a sunset, but i didnt know what else to call it hah

I do like this idea really. I think the lack of proper filtering may be it's only real draw-back - but honestly I have no idea what it's like to take a direct shot of the sun.

That one line crossing the sun to me makes a statement. In general I feel it's well thought-out. The sun is just too big.
