Default Not enough time in the day

Im doing a 365 project. actually a 366 project, and did a selective color idea for some watches that i have that i think came out pretty decent for my first attempt at it. What does everyone think?

Day 7 - Never Enough

Constructive criticism welcome.

Okay, I'll start with my uber geek side. I have a Casio Waveceptor that keeps atomic time. I like a watch that tells me the time, not a piece of jewelry that I have to tell what time it is every once in a while. But enough about my sorry bum...

Two of these watches have fairly close to the same time. They should all be the same or be off by some random amount. Three watches should tell more of a tale.

The idea of the one blue "hip" Fossil amidst the more classic "grey" Citizens says something. I like that idea too.

The watches have plenty of utility about them having been roughed up pretty good. Watches have need to be used! In case you haven't noticed, I like proper watches.

The right watch and the middle watch have fairly balanced contrast. Then there's the one on the left that's wondering why it's face is so dull.

A little background lighting to augment the flash would be a compliment but then I feel you might be trying for the, "Hey buddy, wanna buy a watch" theme. In that case this pretty much fits the bill aside from the watch on left.

nice crispness and contrast to your image.....although, i think you could have avoided some of the "greyness" of the left watch face by angling it slightly away from the light source....shoot, i just looked again and see a bit of reflection on the center watch as well......corrected much the same way by a slightly different angle.....

good work....
