Default web farris wheel

Taken by Sony Cybershot P&S (5MP). It’s a spider web. I accidentally sprayed it some water while watering (I respect them for eating all those blood sucking critters). Next thing you know I was running to the house to grab my digicam.

The picture is reoriented, b&w’d and cropped by picasa2 (My knowledge of photo processing programs are very limited).

The photo is slightly out of focus and grainy, but I like it. It looks like a Farris wheel. But at the same time, I have this feeling that this is composite photo of two: one with cobalt blue sky (the original picture) and the other with city lights at night from an airplane. Like the city lights are superimposed onto the dark sky. I guess it’s just me, but I will attach a photo I took a few years ago on an overnight flight.

Orginal shot was in colour. Some PP including:
conversion to B&W
cropping
added some film grain effect
added some contrast

See if you like it:

Old friends, old memories with new thoughts

Shot this at kuduremukha national park, Karnataka, where I had been to treck with my friends. The time was around 7 PM, because of less light and mist i decided to go for B & W.

Default Guess what it is? Yeah it's a pineapple!!

I was playing with the macro function and had no insect or any interesting object in my way so I went to the kitchen and shoot the first thing it came! By the way, eating pineapple helps you loose fat! lol
