Using a Canon EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens I zoomed while taking a picture of one of the mountains we live close to. With a touch of snow on the top and the autumn colours down below, along with the dead red pine beetle trees, it looks like an oil painting. This assignment seemed challenging to me, most likely because I've never done it before, but I'm glad DPS is here to give me the push to try new things.

This was taken within the dates but before I knew of the assignment. I thought it would look good to make the Reliant Robins (the cars) look as if they were moving but were not.
